Nominations

Nomination Information


Most club event nominations will be required to be completed online via the My Pony Club portal, however few clubs still require nominations via each club. In this instance please email [email protected] the correct details for your nomination at least FIVE days before the event's closing date unless otherwise notified. 


Please ensure that your full payment of nomination fees has been paid at least FIVE days before the event's closing date and you forward a payment receipt (a screenshot is also acceptable) with your nomination. NO NOMINATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID THE FULL AMOUNT AND NO LATE NOMINATIONS CAN BE ACCEPTED.


Payment is to be made via direct deposit ( Account Details: Bank of Queensland BSB: 124 001 Acct No: 20733044 )


When using internet banking, please use your surname and event name so we can identify your payment.  For example:  Smith Southport Dressage.  Please allow 1-2 days for the funds to clear in the account so ideally please be nominating AT LEAST FIVE WORKING DAYS before the event’s closing date.  Following payment, please email [email protected] a receipt of payment.


Late Nominations can not be accepted or processed.  Be aware of weekends and public holidays surrounding nomination dates.  Be organised and ensure nominations and cleared funds are provided in time for the secretary to send nominations through to the host club three working days prior to the event's closing date. 


Helpers need to be provided at all events and the club needs to provide 1 helper per three riders or part thereof.  Helping is a part of competing and is the responsibility of the riders/families competing to provide the necessary required helpers. Please include the name of your helper and a contact number on your nomination.


Horse Health Declarations are required to be brought to the grounds for ALL events.

Club uniform

Rally Day Uniform:


  • Rally day Polo shirt
  • Beige/fawn jodhpurs
  • Mudgeeraba Pony Club Saddlecloth
  • Black Helmet / Black Helmet Cover - please make sure your helmet complies with regulations.
  • Brown or black boots with or without matching chaps
  • Neat appearance. No Jewellery only small ear studs accepted

Formal Uniform for Competing:

  • White long sleeved Srt
  • Royal Blue Vest
  • Green Tartan Tie
  • Tie Pin
  • Beige/Fawn Jodphurs
  • Black Helmet / Black Helmet Cover
  • Brown or Black Boots, with or without chaps. (According to PCAQ rules)
  • Mudgeeraba Pony Club Saddlecloth
  • No jewellery only small ear studs accepted


In Cross Country Competitions, the Mudgeeraba Pony Club Rally Day Shirt may be worn. To compete in Cross Country you must have a protective vest and medical armband.

Club uniform items can be purchased from the club office at Rally days.  Prices are as follows:-

  • Ties - $25
  • Caps - $15
  • Saddle blankets - $60
